"Steven worked on several major cabinetry and construction projects at my
two homes in California between 1994 and 1997. My husband and I have
been very happy with all the work he has done for us. Steven has a great
feeling for wood--his designs for a number of stand-alone and built-in
bookcases and cabinets were creative, aesthetic and functional. We have
never tired of living with these pieces. Each piece is beautifully
constructed and finished. He also worked as part of a team doing major
remodeling construction in our weekend home, including the creation of a
new bathroom. His work on this project was of the highest quality.
Friends in the construction business have gone out of their way to
comment on the overall high and uncompromising quality of his work."

"Steven worked on a carpentry project in our family room.
He built two closet doors, a new mantle for above the fireplace, and he milled
and installed baseboard, crown molding, and window and door casings. All of
the pieces were of cherry and turned out beautifully. We were very pleased
with the quality of the work and the pleasant attitude that Steven
brought to the project. He kept us up to date of the status of the project and
kept every appointment he made to come and work onsite. He was respectful
of our home and of our time. He also listened closely and
incorporated our ideas into the final plan."
